May 1 "International Labor Day" Constitution Day National


On 1 May 1886 produced the first general strike in the U.S., demanding working time of 8 hours. It unleashes repression, which in some cities is fierce. National Constitution Day Argentina

Our Constitution was modeled on the U.S. constitution (1787), the English monarchy (1812), Switzerland (1832), Chile (1833) and France (1783 and 1848). You had in mind the book Foundations of Juan Bautista Alberdi.
The wording of the Constitution was completed in the last days of April 1853 and the project was approved May 1. On 24 May a committee was formed to visit Urquiza and hand over the original first. Changes and modifications
