For the year 2009 the theme of Earth Day will green generation. EDN is calling for all private citizens and institutions involved with the environment to become an active part of the environmental network. The ultimate goal is to one day celebrate "Earth Day", every day of the year.

On Tuesday March 31, our country felt the loss of Don Raul Ricardo Alfonsin , one of the most important political figure in recent history. All people felt a great sorrow in his soul and honor the three-day National Mourning for the Argentine government decree. His death had a huge global repercussions within minutes of its occurrence.

This is our simple tribute to our guys, who are our future, can read, know their life history, its spirit of freedom, equality, consensus and courage to carry it out.

April 2 - VETERAN'S DAY AND THE RECOVERY OF THE FALKLAND ISLANDS FALL



The Falkland Islands have been historic territory dispute. This April 2 marks another anniversary of the day on which the de facto President Leopoldo Fortunato Galtieri sent troops to plant flag on the islands, declaring war on the most powerful navy in history, the British Empire. The people's sovereignty claim over the islands continues Argentine force. Political errors and military leaders do not overshadow the sacrifice and those who have managed to defend, even with their own lives, national sovereignty against the British subjugation. For that reason, here's our heartfelt tribute to all war veterans killed in combat in the Falklands War.
